If you want to be employed in a tech space then you'll need to work on passing those tech screens. Silly as they may be employers makes the rules in interviews.

I'd be willing to bet it's our good friends the magic robots. Go cold turkey on LLMs for a bit and see how you get on. Some, though not all, people seem to lose the ability to program remarkably quickly on exposure to them.
