We submit complaints to the FTC and state attorney generals offices for non-compliant data brokers all the time. They don't move very fast, but its so great when they finally take action. I highly recommend anyone experiencing pushback from data brokers to submit complaints to the FTC and your state attorney general's office immediately. It does help.
